Prime working age employment rate drops in New Mexico
According to a new study by the Pew Research Center, the employment rate for New Mexicans in the age range of 25-54 has declined. The study looks at the change in employment from the beginning of the recession in 2007 to the end of 2016. The study shows that for every 100 New Mexicans in the age group, about seven fewer held jobs by the end of 2016.
